Where It All Began: January 20, 2009

Two years ago today I took this photo...

...and began my Project 365 experience. Taking a photo a day every day for a year to document a year of your life. I ended up doing it for two years. It forced me to take photos, carry my camera wherever I went and to document even the most boring of days. This blog is a product of that experience. I'm ending where I began. I'll be blogging at Point Focus Flash with some other great people. That's where you can find me.

A representative from a printing company came to the office today and after introducing his companies capabilities to me, he sliced a pineapple. He told me that pineapples were a symbol of hospitality and that in an effort to be healthier, he switched out candy treats for a delicious pineapple.

This is ironic since I didn't eat dinner tonight. I came home, sleep deprived and with a huge headache and went straight to bed. I had intended this jar to be a place where I write down names of restaurants that look interesting in hopes that when I don't have ideas of a place to go, I have a little jar of ideas!
